High Voltage Rail-to-RailOutput Operational Amplifiers Integrated Circuit IC
The SGM8271 (single), SGM8272 (dual) and SGM8274(quad) are high voltage operational amplifiers, whichcan operate from 4.5V to 36V single supply or from±2.25V to ±18V dual power supplies. They provide awide input common mode voltage range and rail-to-railoutput voltage swing.The SGM8271/2/4 provide high slew rate, low offset,drift and bias current.The SGM8271 is available in Green SOT-23-5,MSOP-8 and SOIC-8 packages. The SGM8272 isavailable in Green SOIC-8 and MSOP-8 packages. TheSGM8274 is available in Green SOIC-14 and TSSOP-14packages. They are specified over the extended -40℃to +125℃ temperature range.
